Welcome sweet soul, it is a true joy to have you here.
 
My name is Isabella, I’m half Brazilian and half Irish and I was raised in London. I spent many of my adult years confused, engulfed in shame and feelings of unworthiness. This was embedded in me so deeply that it has taken years to untangle and release this.
 
My pain led me on a journey of self sabotage, inauthenticity and a constant need to please others so I abandoned myself.
 
I felt lost, alone, confused and anxious for many years. I felt disconnected from myself.
 
My journey of awakening started when I was 20, I fell in love with meditation and Reiki and this began my journey of going inward and healing my energetic field. I qualified as a Reiki practitioner and have always loved working with the energetics and creating sacred space in healing.
 
As my adult years continued I began to fall into a deeper hole of shame, hating my body and feeling like my existence was always in the way. This led to crippling anxiety and suicidal thoughts, I felt deeply lost.
 
This was when I descended into the journey of Embodiment. I discovered Breathwork, Somatic Practises and awakening my life force energy. This was and still is a huge part of my awakening journey.
 
I am reminded through these practises of the grace of my humanity and remembrance of my Divinity. Holy, wild and free.
 
And let me tell you, it only gets better and better and better. My openness to life gets bigger, I am more in love with myself than ever, more connected to my body and more connected to my loved ones than ever.
 
But of the biggest ones for me is my wider openness to feel it all. These practises have helped me navigate grief, despair, heart break, shame, guilt and so many of life’s challenges. And through it all, my heart has become bigger and more open than ever.
