Understanding The Pyramid Breath Method®️
This transformative technique teaches you how to shift from negativity, stress, and anxiety into a world of positivity, inspiration, and liberation. Use the sacred trio of breath, sound and movement. In just a few moments, you’ll feel an awe-inspiring clarity, an exhilarating sense of freedom, and a surge in your life force energy.

Techniques used in The Pyramid Breath Method
- We will be using a triad of actions - breathwork, movement and vocal release.
- We will be using super oxygenation breathing techniques, deep slow breathing and short breath holds.
- We will be using 3 different types of breath modalities.
When You Might Need The Pyramid Breath Method
Before Bedtime
Practicing the Pyramid Breath Method before going to bed can help calm your mind and body, making it easier to fall asleep and improving sleep quality.

This method allows to you to responsibly express and release emotional build up. This helps lower overwhelm and anxiety levels. Allowing us to feel lighter and happier.
For Overall Stress Reduction
Even if you’re not in a specific stressful situation, practicing this breathing technique regularly can help reduce overall stress levels and promote a sense of well-being.
Somatic activated Healing
Understanding Somatic Activated Healing
Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) method utilises a bottom-up approach, in which the body and sensation are an entry point for healing. It addresses the emotions within us rather than the specific thoughts or memories connected to them.

Techniques used in Somatic Activated Healing
- We will be using meditation, breathwork, movement, vocal affirmations and ecstatic dance.
- We will be using all of these modalities in different moments.
- This is a 'spiritual workout' as we will be using our physical bodies quite a bit - be prepared for a gentle workout.
When You Might Need Somatic Activated Healing

SAH techniques can aid individuals in recovering from past traumatic experiences. Trauma often manifests in the body as physical tension, discomfort, or dysregulation of the nervous system. SAH practices can help release stored trauma and restore a sense of safety and well-being.

For individuals experiencing chronic pain conditions, SAH can offer relief by incorporating techniques that promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and improve body awareness. By addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of pain, SAH can support individuals in managing their symptoms more effectively.

SAH practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, and body scanning can help individuals alleviate stress and anxiety by promoting relaxation, grounding, and presence in the body. These techniques can be particularly beneficial during times of heightened stress or uncertainty.

As a breathwork beginner it was really brilliant how comfortable and relaxed Isabella made me feel once arriving. The venue was such a lovely space but it was made even better with the warmth that she brought to the room. When I first arrived at the session I was welcomed with warmth and understanding, understanding to also take my time and be kind to myself, the feeling of what ever is possible you are doing enough. A meeting of minds and how Isabella offered her teaching was so easy and kind with regard for all those attending and all that was available in ‘one’s self’ I have to say the pyramid breathwork part of the session made me feel alive. The fabulous world of gibberish confused me at first but then also brought about the nuances of my emotions, almost like a nut being cracked and the cracked nut was able to heal in silence & in this togetherness which was around me. I felt emotional & guided throughout, knowing I was with a community of individuals exploring this breath work, we danced into the ending which brought me joy and gave me a space to heal. I continue to attend I would recommend it to anyone.
